在入住期间很感谢西安皇冠假日酒店的礼宾部，我们随口一提想尝试本地人才去的地道餐馆，礼宾员陈斌不仅迅速帮我们介绍了一家非常好吃的名店，还手绘了一张简易地图，标注了沿途的特色小店。每一次出门，礼宾部他们都能精准地提供交通建议，因为最近有雨 礼宾部的小夥子们总是给我备好雨伞，这点太让我感动了。这家酒店门僮都能准确地叫称呼我们的名字，这种细节令人惊叹。
在此也要感谢宾客关系主任赵艺！她在我们入住前就主动邮件联系，确认偏好和讯息。入住後，她亲自来到房间问候，并为我们精心安排了一个小小的惊喜。当我们对酒店设施有疑问时，她第一时间出现并妥善解决，优雅和真诚的态度，让我们对西安的热爱又增加了、不过老酒店的服务还是很棒的！

酒店太老了，其实房间设施很一般，窗户小，甚至不是落地窗，但服务非常好，尤其是给我办理入住的前台小哥哥Gerry，耐心回答我很多问题，很贴心的升级了房间，酒廊小姐姐Mia还主动介绍了周围好吃好玩的地方，完美的补救了老旧的不足，另外礼宾小哥哥们也很贴心，会主动问我需不需要借伞。不过酒店位置确实不错，出行很方便，整体还是不错的，就是早餐还需改善，品种少服务也比较一般，如果能改进些就更好了，有机会再来西安还是会考虑来住这里的。

酒店坐落的地理位置不错，去哪里都比较方便，就是附近的饮食少了点。临近地铁“体育场站”，可步行十来分钟左右到达，离大雁塔和大唐不夜城不远，离钟鼓楼也不远，地铁都能到达，节假日建议地铁出行，因为节假日期间大唐不夜城和大雁塔超级堵，打车可以坐到你怀疑人生，十多分钟的车程愣是坐了一个多小时的滴滴都没到。酒店是五星，装修有些年月，但是酒店的整体保养的还不错，总体感觉还是挺新的，设施凑合吧，房间宽敞，定的高层房间还能看见小雁塔。由於是临走的当天拍的相片，所以显得有些仓促。一共连住了好几个晚上。衞生间和洗浴都是分开的，这样的设计比较人性化，但是酒店内的空调噪音有点大，酒店的服务很不错，前台的Vivi很热情和有礼貌，服务相当专业，是五星级的水准。酒廊Vanessa尽可能解决我所需要解决的问题，有求必应，而且每次我需要拿的洗漱用品等等都会多让客房拿一份给我。西安皇冠假日酒店值得旅游出行的首选，性价比也高。最後感谢西安皇冠假日酒店热情的接待！

酒店整体很不错，朋友都説这个酒店的服务好，确实很不错。宾客关系Vanessa提前给我打了电话询问我的住房要求，在得知我颈椎不太舒服的时候很热心的帮我提前准备了乳胶枕，房间整体是不错的，空间也很大。装修是十年前的装修风格很大气，老酒店也不存在甲醛问题。在入住期间酒店也很热心的帮助我，在我忘带房卡的时候酒廊的Mia跟我核实完讯息後迅速的又给我做了一张房卡。退房的时候前台也关注我的整体感受，非常符合五星级酒店的标准！以後会考虑经常入住的。

一进门那个吊灯是真的上档次。房间还凑合，房间里有股怪味，可能和西安最近一直下雨有关。整体服务非常好，尤其是客房阿姨和前台的小姐姐，阿姨态度极好，前台小姐姐个不高，笑容能融化雨天一切的不好心情，很可惜名字没有记住。中秋节还有猜灯谜和发月饼。下次来西安还是会住这家酒店。

The frontdesk staff gave me an upgrade to their suite room by being an IHG member. The room is spacious and the amenities is superb. The hotel location is next to shopping mall which make shopping and food hunting convenient.

We had an absolutely fantastic 8 night stay at the crown Plaza , Our room was fantastic and so clean and free bottles of water everyday , Breakfast buffet was amazing so much choice , and the robot Delivering food to your room was amazing too ,would totally recommend this hotel for all types of people That’s why we booked it again in 4 days time when we’re back from Beijing Thanks Crown Plaza you’ve been truly amazing , See you on Saturday

This is one of the nicest stays foe me in Xi'an in recent memory. The hotel was at a great location and staff were extremely helpful. I had a request to print few pictures from my iPhone, the gentle man in the service desk on June 28 went above and beyond to help me download the pictures and reformat them and print out! He even went to office to photo copy another set of the picture for me. I really appreciate the help.
The food was great also, and enjoyed it very much.
I missed the bar at the 51st floor. I had good time there listening to music and live show many years ago before the COVID-19. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Xi'an. A job well done, thanks.

Best hotel in Xian City, you can have best view of city from 51 floor , there is bbq restaurant on top but it’s very cheap such a great location they could bring some fine dining concept !

为了陕博选的西安皇冠假日酒店，酒店设施好，服务态度热诚。负责宾客关系的Nicole-朱子卿，热情周到。酒店地处小寨，购物吃饭也方便。枕头舒适，房间的隔音效果好，听不见外面车流的嘈杂声。入住第一天去中餐厅吃了午饭，味道好，价格实惠。以后可以再次入住！
